• Company Registered in November 2000.
• Plant Engineering and Construction Planning commenced November 2000.
• Plant Construction commenced January 2001.
• Sulphonation Plant Commissioned September 2001.
• Continuous Neutraliser Commissioned April 2002.
• Second Sulphonation Plant Commissioned July 2004.
• Chemical Logistics formed in March 2006.
• Third Sulphonation Plant Commissioned July 2007

The manufacture and supply of mainly anionic surfactants into Southern Africa (predominantly South African), with the products being used mostly in the Detergent, Toiletry and Industrial Cleaning Markets.
